8000 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 8000 online entertainment platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account or using any part of the 8000 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.
These terms apply to all users of the 8000 platform regardless of access method — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other supported medium. The platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. Use by minors is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

Account Creation, Security & Suspension Policy
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information — including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and valid bank account details. Providing false information or impersonating another person is a serious violation that may result in account termination and further action.
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 8000 will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed by an unauthorised party, contact the customer support team immediately for security assistance.
8000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if fraudulent activity, system exploitation attempts, use of multiple accounts, or a breach of any part of these terms is detected. Suspended accounts are unable to make deposits or withdrawals until the review is complete.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, all eligible balance withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the platform's standard procedures. Voluntarily closed accounts cannot be reopened without a new application.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the 8000 platform, you agree to use all services provided for personal and lawful entertainment purposes only. Use for commercial purposes without written authorisation from management is strictly prohibited.
Users are prohibited from doing any of the following:
- Using automated software, bots, or any tool designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
- Colluding with other users to exploit system vulnerabilities, including through bonus abuse or chip dumping.
- Using another person's account or sharing login credentials with a third party.
- Engaging in any money laundering activity or using the platform for purposes that violate Malaysian law.
- Posting offensive, disruptive, or threatening content directed at other users through any communication channel on the platform.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances associated with the offending activity, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required by law.
Payment, Transaction & Liability Information
Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the 8000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via FPX, TNG eWallet, or local Malaysian bank transfer. Winnings will be withdrawn to a Malaysian bank account or eWallet that has been registered and verified in the user's profile.
8000 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system issues, or inaccurate bank account details provided by the user. Users are advised to ensure that the registered bank account name matches the full name on their platform profile to avoid delays in withdrawal processing.
Platform Liability Limit
The 8000 platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including service disruptions due to maintenance, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Users acknowledge that all betting activities carry financial risk and that no guarantee of profit exists.

The 8000 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. 8000 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users are advised to review the terms of any third-party services separately.
8000 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. These terms are governed by Malaysian law and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
